Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Policy

  • The Monkey Business reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies). In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

Workshops and Events (The Monkey Business Bar)

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The Monkey Business Bar.
  • No-shows on the day of the event are non-refundable.

Photography and Branding Services (The Monkey Business Studio)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the agreed service fee.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon directly with The Monkey Business Studio.

Deposits for Private Events (The Monkey Business Bar)

  • A deposit is required to confirm group reservations or private events.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date.

Force Majeure

  • The Monkey Business reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, power outages). In such cases:
    • Refunds will be provided for canceled services.
    • Rescheduling will be offered where possible.
