Welcome to The Monkey Business, where creativity and hospitality come together. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
- The Monkey Business Bar focuses on hospitality services, including cocktails, workshops, and private bookings.
- The Monkey Business Studio specializes in creative services such as product photography, branding, and videography.
- Both services operate under The Monkey Business, based in Rua Machado dos Santos, nº31 2410-128, Leiria, Portugal.

2. Services Provided
The Monkey Business Bar
- Cocktail workshops and hospitality events.
- Private group bookings and tailored cocktail experiences.
The Monkey Business Studio
- Product and lifestyle photography.
- Videography and branding design.
3. Payments and Ownership
- Payment details will be provided for each specific service at the time of booking.
- For Studio services, all creative materials (e.g., photographs, videos, branding assets) remain the property of The Monkey Business Studio until full payment is received.
- Unpaid invoices may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of services.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Monkey Business Bar
- Workshops: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
- Private bookings: Require a deposit, which is non-refundable if canceled less than 48 hours before the event.
The Monkey Business Studio
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a charge of 50% of the agreed service fee.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
5. Liability
- The Monkey Business is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including technical issues, emergencies, or acts of nature.
- Clients are responsible for the use of any deliverables provided and must ensure that all content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of The Monkey Business and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.
- Deliverables provided to clients (e.g., photographs, videos, branding designs) are licensed for the agreed purpose. Clients may not alter or reuse materials without prior consent.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected through service requests (e.g., name, email, phone number) will only be used to manage bookings and deliver services.
